Callegari inflatable boats and maxi RIB: a new range blending heritage, design and technology

In the world of pneumatic boats and Maxi RIB, Callegari once again occupies a distinctive position through a range designed to combine nautical tradition, design research and aerospace-derived technologies.

The brand’s new course stems from a clear vision: to develop boats capable of interpreting the sea with a contemporary language, keeping Callegari’s historical heritage alive and introducing advanced production processes, advanced composite materials and a performance-oriented engineering approach.

The Callegari range is now made up of models that are different in size, use and on-board experience, but share the same design philosophy and technological base. From Callegari 48 to Callegari 9, up to Callegari 7, each model was created to meet different needs, maintaining recognisability, solidity and character.

Callegari 48: the Maxi Rib that opens a new route

The Callegari 48 represents the symbolic model of the new generation. A Maxi RIB designed to redefine the relationship between boating, technology and design.

Italian heritage, aerospace-derived technologies and stylistic research converge in a boat designed to offer high performance, comfort and a strong visual identity. The full carbon structure, infusion processes, controlled post-curing and CFD analyses applied to the hull tell a rigorous construction approach, where every choice is oriented towards lightness, control and reliability.

The 48 is not only a dinghy of large dimensions. It is an evolved design platform, where outdoor, indoor and performance spaces dialogue in a single balance. The living areas, the bridge, the hard top, the sun loungers and the interiors are designed to transform the onboard experience into something closer to the language of luxury yachts, while maintaining the authentic soul of the Maxi RIB.

Callegari 9: nine metres, a complete view

The Callegari 9 was created to transfer a design culture normally associated with larger boats into nine metres.

The dashboard, the side wings and the balance of proportions build a strong and recognisable presence, capable of transmitting solidity and dynamism.

One of the central aspects of the project is liveability. The bow sundeck is designed to offer comfort, protection and an open view of the sea.

The cockpit becomes the centre of life on board, while the aft area integrates a table and a sunbed in a single transformable system.

In a category characterised by the traditional compromise between spaces dedicated to conviviality and areas oriented towards relaxation, the Callegari 9 effectively completes both functions. The integrated kitchen underneath the dashboard seat frees up space when you don’t need it, while a naturally lit bathroom integrated into the full console.

Callegari 7: the essence of the project

The Callegari 7 represents the most compact entry in the new Callegari range, but no less identitarian.

It is a dinghy designed to concentrate balance, functionality and character in seven meters. Every element, from the console to the seats, from the distribution of spaces to the bow sundeck, comes from a precise logic, that is, enhancing every available centimetre without sacrificing comfort and recognisability.

The Callegari 7 interprets the Callegari philosophy in an essential and versatile form. The muscular lines, the distinctive dashboard and the transformable aft area make it a model designed to experience the sea in an immediate, free and contemporary way.

A constantly evolving range

The Callegari range stems from a common design philosophy and a shared technological base, and then takes on different forms depending on the size, use and way in which the sea is experienced.

The goal is to build over time a complete family of dinghies and Maxi RIB for different needs: from leisure to professional, from daily outings to the most advanced experiences on board.

The development plan provides for the progressive introduction of new references, with models arriving every year and configurations designed to expand Callegari’s presence on the international market.

An evolving range, designed to grow together with the needs of contemporary boating.

The new Callegari course

Callegari does not look to the future by erasing its own history but translates it into a new language.

The solidity of historic dinghies, the brand’s industrial culture and the authentic relationship with the sea today become the basis for a new generation of Maxi RIB.

Technology, design and functionality are not separate elements but parts of a single design system.

This is where the new Callegari range was born: recognisable boats, evolved and designed to experience the sea with a new measure of freedom.
